Refund and Returns Policy

At Poppy Nest, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you need to return a product, here’s how we can help:

Refunds:

  • We only offer refunds for damaged products.
  • To qualify for a refund, you must provide an unboxing video showing the damage. This video must be submitted within 1 day of receiving the product.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
  • To request a refund, contact us at support@poppynest.in with your order number, the unboxing video, and the reason for the return.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that the following items are non-refundable:

  • Gift Hampers
  • Handmade & Personalized Trousseau
  • Personalized Items

Return Shipping:

  • We do not offer returns for items.
  • If you receive a defective product or if the return is due to an error on our part, please contact us at support@poppynest.in to discuss possible solutions.
  • For any issues with the product, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
